Parties and Gatherings... Birthday parties with different themes - Dig your own gems, Pirate parties where you dig for buried treasure. In the spring, we offer a planting party where the kids get a tour of our greenhouses and decorate pots and plant a plant to take home and in the fall we do pick and decorate your pumpkin with gems, glitter glue, buttons, feathers and other craft items. The parties are for 1 ½ hours in our private picnic area that has 3 picnic tables and a tent. Pet and feed the animals - then after your chosen activity each child gets to make their own ice cream sundae. We are constantly coming up with new party ideas, can work with parents to customize a party. Contact Jamie for more information. Girls Scouts can earn their Rocks, Rocks, Rocks badge by doing the digging for gems. They can also earn a fun badge by decorating pumpkins. We also offer an animal care badge which entails giving a tour of 200 year old barns and showing how the animals are cared for. We are able to work with scout leaders to complete activities for other badges. Contact Jamie about other badge opportunities, because we are constantly adding new badges and activities.
